I have a few different series in the works. Below you can find the books in order by series, the latest releases, and what’s coming next. All are available in eBook and most are available in print.
The Reapers Series
This series is about Kelsey Fitzhugh, a medium who makes a habit of ignoring the ghosts who approach her for help. She just wants to be normal, but when one of the ghosts comes after her in an attempt to permanently take over her body and her life, she has to use her skills to fight back. This brings her to the attention of two major corporations, who work with ghosts, or reapers as they call them, and attempt to police them. Her interactions with the aggressive reaper also reveal her skills to other reapers. With so many aware of what she can do, there is no longer an escape for her. She can no longer hide what she can do, and she’s going to have to make many choices, over the course of the series, to learn who she is, what she wants, and what kind of life she can have in this new world she’s stumbled into.
Dying Dreams Trilogy
This trilogy is set in a post-apocalyptic North Carolina in 2070. The seas have risen at a catastrophic rate and height, and the human response has been to cut carbon emissions as low as possible in an attempt to end global warming. What the humans don’t know is that the climate crisis made Faerie uninhabitable for about 95% of the fae and those fae immigrated to the human realm. Liza Simmons is one of those humans unaware of the fae, until she finds a dead mermaid washed up on the beach. When Liza touches a dead person, she dreams about their death. After she touches the mermaid, she dreams her death and finds herself drawn into a mystery she’s unprepared for. Agent Sloane Rice is twenty-five percent fae, siren, and he works for the FBI, in their supernatural division, policing the fae immigrants. He and Liza soon find themselves working together, and the growing attraction between them is sure to complicate their working relationship.
Fairy Files Series
This is an urban fantasy series about club owner, Chloe Frangipani. Chloe’s martini bar, Ephemeral, in Sarsaparilla, Florida is finally starting to make some money and Chloe’s life has settled into a happy rhythm. At least until a faun shows up and tells her she must return with him to the fairy land, Rubalia. Chloe’s father was a faun and her mother is a fairy, but Chloe has always lived in Florida. Chloe’s grandfather is a king in Rubalia, and he wants to meet his granddaughter. Chloe refuses to go to Rubalia, until her friend, Buddy, to whom she owes her life, is kidnapped and taken to Rubalia. She goes after him and gets dragged into a revolution and a family she’d sooner avoid.
Over the course of the series, Chloe will work with the sexy PI werewolf, Frost, to try to solve cases and help the fae, while she also runs her nightclub and tries to keep the fae in Rubalia from controlling her life.
Remixed Fairy Tales Series
This is a new adult romance series and has no fantastical elements. No fae, no ghosts, and no werewolves. There are, however, seven college-aged women whose stories are based on fairy tales. Each of the books in the series is a stand-alone and each book will have an HEA (happily ever after, of course). Each of the women will have to confront some demon from their pasts and find love despite their fairy-tale past or present.
The first book in the series, Remington’s Tower, is based on Rapunzel. The other fairy tales in the series will be based on Sleeping Beauty, Beauty and the Beast, Snow White, The Little Mermaid, Cinderella, and Hansel and Gretel.
Catalpa Creek Series
These are full-length romance novels set in a mountain town in Southwestern Virginia. With quirky towns-folk, nosy neighbors, and mountains preventing easy escape, fun and trouble are sure to happen on a regular basis in Catalpa Creek. Set in the same town as the Remixed Fairytales Series, the Catalpa Creek books are contemporary romances with a lot of humor and a ton of heart.
Each of the books in the series is stand-alone and have an HEA (happily ever after). None of them end on a cliffhanger.
